Default apr_bucket_type_file

Hello,

I am new with Linux. I am using RED HAT 8.0 and I have been trying to run my PHP 4. I followed instructions in the book but when I start my apache, this is the exact error I am getting.

Syntax error on line 208 of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf:
Cannot load /usr/lib/httpd/modules/libphp4.so into server: /usr/lib/httpd/module
s/libphp4.so: undefined symbol: apr_bucket_type_file
/usr/sbin/apachectl restart: httpd could not be started

I don't know what I did wrong. I do have apache-1.3.27-2. Please help. Thank you in advance.
