Default IP Code Protection

Is there any way to compile php5 files?

Most software just removes blanks etc to obfuscate the php code, but the intellectual property is still not protected.

Is there any method to upload compiled php5 to the web server, so that unprotected/poorly protected web server do not release code of php5 files?
