I recently got this book from my friend, and started reading it.

I found an issue on pages 82-83-84-85 considering checkbox.

The issue is next.

When i thick the checkbox and submit it, it opens me a .php file with answer "checkbox on", but when i do not thick it, it says
" Notice: Undefined variable: Choice in C:\xampp\htdocs\PHP4\chapter 3\checkbox.php on line 6 " .
I even tried it running in Mozzila Firefox same as in Internet Explorer, and i get the same message.

Running win xp sp3
xampp 1.7.7
apache 2.2.21
PHP 5.3.8 (VC9 X86 32bit thread safe) + PEAR
Firefox 11.0
IE 8.0.6001.18702

i'm very interested how about it displays an error msg, instead showing a blank page? Is it cause of different php version(the one was used when book was written) or apache version, or maybe browser version?
