Unable to execute command 'ilink32.exe'

I'm probably beating a dead horse here and it looks as if the forums for this book have died quite some time ago. But I'll make an attempt anyway since I'm just starting on this book now.

I followed the suggestions in previous threads concerning moving the bcc32 and ilink32 files to the Bin folder and I also added the path extension to my path variable and I still get this one error.

Any ideas?
