Packing py application

hi,

I have create an application with python, pygtk, glade, pymssql, MySQLdb, etc..

I application is running fine.

Now i have to pack it up and set it-up into other system (windows) and it should be (exe)

So, what files should i pack with my application files so that it can run on other system with out python, or other any modules.
