Default Associating a workflow with a content type.
Hi.
I just bought the book and I'm going through the Visio 2010 Workflow Creation Try It Out in Chapter 5, but whenever I get to step 22 the pull down menu is empty in "Associate To Content Type". Is there another way to associate the workflow with specific content types?
