Unclear instructions, page 211

At the bottom, item 2.
Click the Projects list in the Quick Launch bar on the left side of the screen.

I could not find Projects list.
Do I need a special option to have this?
Are you sure that's what it's called?

Your samples are very helpful when they can be followed.
