[ODBC] Driver's SqlSetConnectAttr Failed

Dear Sir,

Im using a contact database. its user interface has developed in VB.net and database is running in MS Access. this application worked successfully but after re-install my operating System this [ODBC] Driver's SqlSetConnectAttr Failed error is detecting when i open the application. i kindly request you to help to solve this problem
