On p. 58 I tried to follow the example in the three steps, but when right clicking on the indicated table never saw an option for "Select Top 1000 rows". By choosing "Script table as..." and "SELECT TO" I got something I could edit to make it look and work like the book code, just not directly.

I am using SQL Server 2005 Management Studio.

Am I missing something?

This is a new feature in SQL Server 2008. Sorry about the confusion.
