Default Differences between the books Beginning VB NET

Hi, I am Gustavo Vásquez I write from Colombia.
Which are the differences between the books Beginning VB NET (Second Edition) and Beginning VB NET 2003 .
I refer to that if the content of the books is same, if it treats the same topics, like it could contact the authors.
Thanks you.
Gustavo from Colombia.

The difference is in the upgrade of the software. There are always new Bells and Whistles. The basic concept may be the same.
