In chapter 5 using arrays on page 134 when I write the program and run it and hit go it repeats the fist name that you entered into the ray, showing no other output put the first name. I also tried the sample code supplied by the web site and it performs the same operation. What am I missing?

Ahhh...The part you must have missed is the removal of the following lines of code in that procedure:

        ' add Alex to the list...
        lstFriends.Items.Add(friends(0))

Remove these lines and then try again.
