I'm quite new in VB.NET.I just want to know that
do VB.NET capable in translating graphics ( symbol)
to text? I want to develop a system which can
develop requirements from concept map diagram but
don't know what are the tools that can be used.
Hope to hear from all of U....Please advise...

If I understood your question correctly, I would answer:

There is no native library that can interpret shapes and symbols.
You would have to build your own.

The solution to your problem would depend on your requirements.
