Question VB.NET Beginning DataBase WEB Page Problem

I have gotten all 16 chapters from the book downloaded and tested. However, my web service works in my windows application generating reports.But, the web page TimeSheetReports get an error that I can not figure out Please Help.
"Client found response content type of 'text\html; charset=utf-8,but expected 'text/xml". I can not figure this out could someone please help me. The webservice works fine in the windows app. And the web Timesheet.aspx form works also, but not TieSheetReport.aspx. HELP PLEASE

What version of Visual Studio are you using?
