Default Access to Access

When I try to run the first part of the Time Tracker App from the code in Chapter 6 page 109/110 I get the following error message:

The Microsoft Jet Database Engine cannot open the file "C:\...[path removed for brevity]. It is already opened by another user, or you need permission to view it's data."

I'm not familiar with Access can anyone help?

For the other readers who may be interested, this type of error will occur if you have the database opened in Microsoft Access and then try running the program.
