Hi Mr Thearon

I refer to Chapter 12, Page 406

I am using the SQL server with Integrated Security in WDABase
class to access the ProjectTimeTracker database.
When I enter the user name and password in the Login form, I receive an error
" Object reference not set to an instance of an object ".
This is indicated under the Catch ExceptionErr As Exception statement
just below the " Connection = New SQLConnection......"

Please advise.

Thank you

hoon

Hi Mr Thearon

I found the error! I have copied and pasted the code
from your sample code to the subroutine "Private
Sub btn OK_Click of the LoginName button. chap 12
topic no 16 page 404. The program does not
accept and I continue to have the error. Instead
I should have typed the code instead of copying and
pasting. Now the program is running smoothly.

Thank you so much.

Regards

hoon
