Hello, I just got done with "Beginning ASP.NET 2.0" and I noticed that some of the code in the book was kind of confusing to me because I didnt have much VB experience beforehand.

Should I read up on this book "Visual Basic 2005" to understand how the code works? Or is this book unrelated to ASP.NET 2.0??

This book will get you up to speed on Visual Basic 2005 and should be your starting point to get familiar with Visual Basic 2005.

Would you recommend this book or should I search another title like Microsofts Visual Basics? Im just asking because with the ASP.NET 2.0 book, there were a lot of errors in it and I had to spend some time on the forums. I'd really not like to go through all of that again.
