Default On the page 393, Actually there is no GAC on the c:\windows\assembly?

1. Actually there is no GAC on the c:\windows\assembly?
2. I did the steps on the page 393, and I opened the Windows Explorer there is no Developer Assemblies?Where I can see this folder?
3. I don't get the result as Figure 12-6 on the page 394.

What is wrong?
