I can't find wroxlogo.bmp, wroxsetuplogo.bmp, readme.rtf and license.rtf which according to the book should be available in the downloadable source code for this book.

And only the size of wroxsetuplogo is described in the book, not anything about how to create wroxlogo.bmp.

Yeh, pretty stuffed support. Still you could do it yourself. Flog the icon from the top left corner of the forum pages, resize it and add the background. Still I'm with you, the push of the book is click this, do this, add this and you will have learnt how to perform this operationn, if the 'do this' doesn't work, it severely distracts from the useability of the book.

I'm missing these files too. Are they in the meantime available for download somewhere?
