Default Custom dialogs

Dear All,

I could be being very thick here, but is there a missing phantom chapter on Custom Dialogs? I can see no mention of them in Chs. 14 and 15, yet Ch. 16 states that they have been covered. My suspicion that there may be a missing chapter arises from the assertion at the beginning of Ch. 16 that there have been 3 previous chapters on programming Windows Forms, whereas in fact there have only been two.

Enlightenment please gentlemen?

Other than that, I have to say that I have found this an excellent book, well up to Wrox's usual high standards. Keep up the good work gentlemen and I look forward to perusing your other .NET publications (I'm about to dive into ASP.NET),

All the best,

Mark Robbins
