Default Data Providers

Using asp.net 2.0 and sql server2008 developer edition
To connect to database I use Sql data provider .
When I create a SQL connection class,even though the sql server 2008 database engine was not started I can query data from the database.I don't like this behavior and my objective is that,the web pages can query database only when I start sql server 2008 database engine.What to do.Please help.

In services.msc it was still running.Now it was resolved
