Red face Invalid postback or callback argument

Hi,

I was trying to follow the exercise in Chapter 18, under the Try It Out! Configuring Security, after adding the access rules, when I click Done, I get the following error.

I know the authors of this book have not visited this forum since they probably dropped the book out, but I am hoping I can get help from anyone out there. The error goes like this:

Code:
An error was encountered. Please return to the previous page and try again.

The following message may help in diagnosing the problem: Invalid postback or callback argument. Event validation is enabled using in configuration or in a page. For security purposes, this feature verifies that arguments to postback or callback events originate from the server control that originally rendered them. If the data is valid and expected, use the ClientScriptManager.RegisterForEventValidation method in order to register the postback or callback data for validation. at System.Web.UI.ClientScriptManager.ValidateEvent(String uniqueId, String argument) at System.Web.UI.Control.ValidateEvent(String uniqueID, String eventArgument) at System.Web.UI.WebControls.LinkButton.RaisePostBackEvent(String eventArgument) at System.Web.UI.WebControls.LinkButton.System.Web.UI.IPostBackEventHandler.RaisePostBackEvent(String eventArgument) at System.Web.UI.Page.RaisePostBackEvent(IPostBackEventHandler sourceControl, String eventArgument) at System.Web.UI.Page.RaisePostBackEvent(NameValueCollection postData) at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint)
Please help me with a work around for this. I can't continue reading if i can't solve it.

Thank you.
