I started with the code for this game on page 401 of Chapter 15. When I got to the value converters on page 434, started having problems with the static resources. Despite following the code carefully, I kept getting messages that the static resources I was trying to create were not part of the KarliCards Gui name space. I had problems with the static resources on page 435 (InverseBoolConverter), 441(RankNameConverter) to name a few. I tried building the app several times with no luck. I finally tried downloading the code for Chapter 16 and tried to run the game per the instruction on page 464 - item 20 - Surprise - NOTHING. I am really trying top l;earn this stuff. Any suggestions would be very helpful. Thank you

I never got the Karli Cards code to function in Ch 16. Too many errors I could not resolve. By the time I got to the code in Ch 17 I was too sick and tired of the poor documentation of the code and the errors I gave up with the book code. At least the download for Ch 17 compiles.

I have also given up submitting the errors in the writing in the book. There are way too many errors suggesting very poor proofreading of the material. On top of that writing styles change within chapters.
