Ch 10 Example application

Errors when I run this code

basic error
Error 7 'Ch10CardLib.Deck.Shuffle()' is inaccessible due to its protection level C:\Users\ALLAN\Desktop\TEST\Chpter10\Ch10CardLib\C h10CardClient\Program.cs 15 17 Ch10CardClient
Other method s produce similar errors
I do have a ref toCh10cardLib under Ch10CardClient

help would be appreciated
