Why I can't download some sourcecodes (Chapter 17,19,22,25)?

I'm trying to download sourcecodes for "Beginning Visual C# 2012".
I downloaded part of them. But even I've tried many times, I still can't download the following chapters' sourcecode:
Chapter 17,19,22,25
I was noticed connection error as "socket error"(10053 and 10060).
Does anyone can help me to get them?
