Does anyone know where to buy Visual C++ 6 because all I can find in stores is Visual C++ .net?

You might look at Visual Studio 6 Pro, for about $150-300, includes c++, j++, Visual Basic.

I got mine on Ebay.
Check the seller's feedback, and use PayPal or a credit card to protect yourself. You can probably have the package in less than 10 days after you win the auction. Good luck.

If you're a student, you might be able to get it for cheap or free from your school. I got a copy of Visual Studio 6.0 Professional for free by signing up for a Microsoft-sponsored programming competition open to students only.
