Hello!
I reviewed the code in the back of the book related to exercise 2 in chapter 2 and I'm confused. If we are dividing by 8 then why is or how do you know to use the binary number 7 to divide by the input numbers. In the example the author uses 29 and 14. I hope I'm understood and someone can offer me a better explaination of this exercise.
