Default Console in Symfony

Hi

Regarding Chapter 2, Hello World, Symfony, you mention "Then open the console and turn it into a symfony project".

I have used command prompt, it doesn't recognise the commands when I navigate to my folder in question.

I have followed every other stepas far as I can see to chage the PATH environmental variables and PHP.ini file.

I am using Windows.

Thanks for your help.

John
