Exclamation Not really for the beginner

Was this looked at by a newbie or someone with barely any database experience. I represent someone with no relational database experience (zero). I have worked several times with MS Access and have built some rather complex databases. But this is apples and oranges with SQL. I bought the book because it stated in the "Introduction: Who this book is for" and that 'no prior knowledge of SQL or relational database is assumed'. I am sure that if this was tried out by some people in that category they would still be floundering. Finally it was not made clear that this book is primarliy oriened towards Microsoft SQL. My company is Oracle based only and their apparantly there are brand nuances that can throw the beginner.
