Default problem in login

Hello

I use dotnetnuke starter kit, I added one page and its name was login. After adding this page I can not login from home page, when I click login in the home page "user name" and 'password" will not be appeared and just goes to this page "login" I have added before. So I can not login to dotnetnuke as admin or any other account and I do not have access to site setting.
Please help.

Thanks in advanced.
