Default Move Excel fields to access database

I am using the excel template wizard add in under the data menu. When trying to setup a link to more than 100 fields the Wizard displays a message "There are too many fields in the database".Any idea how one can increase the field limits on the wizard or is there another way of moving data from excel to access.

Regards

Johan Jordaan :(
