Missing code in the FormChanger class module

Hi!
I have downloaded the file FormFun.xls for 16. chapter, but
the class module "FormChanger" is empty!!?
On the page 349 there is suggestion to copy this module to my own
workbook? But the module is empty??

Where I can get the code for this module?
