Where do I download "Appendix A"referred to in chapter 1 of Excel 2003 Programmer's Reference?

This reference is an error in this particular chapter. The Appendix has been included in the actual book and is no longer available for download. In previous editions of the book, it was available for download, but we felt it would be more useful to the reader to have it included in the content of the actual book. I will have the appendix posted for readers who are looking for it online, but you can also find it on page 641 of your book. Thanks!
