Your book discussed sending email but only text messages.
Do you know of a way to send HTML formated emailes from Access.

What I did was to create a sample HTML file which represented the body of the message and saved it. I then open the file in a module using "Open #1 filename as input". Used "line input #1" to save the code to a string variable. Closed the opend file. Used the Replace function to change the sample words to What was required. I then linked to Outlook, created then sent the email.
