Default ADO vs DAO

With the author being such an expert, I was expecting her to at least touch on the ADO vs DAO options. A recent issue of Access-SQL-Advisor advocated the use of disconnected ADO recordsets.

Is there a reason the author did not delve into ADO?

Thanks. Sean.
