Default Error Handlers- custom

Last year when I originally installed LNC and F and R I'm SURE a custom errorhandler template was included in part of the download. I'm now re-installing my system after a hard drive death and I'm not finding it.

Does anyone know of a source for an Error Handler Template? I really don't want to write them all from scratch! (I am writing a new application and not retrofitting an old one).

Thanks,

Loralee
