Default Chapter 2 Code
Was having some trouble with the Custom Assembly SSIS.Utilities.HttpDownload and followed the instructions in the text to download the code. Despite there being perhaps over 100 bits and pieces of code samples, I see no code from Chapter 2 or this assembly in particular. Am I missing something?
