I'm trying to create the sketcher example in chapter 13. For some reason, the lines indicating the shortcut keys in the menu are not displaying (I had this problem with the TextEditor example too) and the checkmarks do not move to a newly clicked item. This is my first try at GUI programming. Could my problem be as simple as I'm using Visual Studio 2008 with a 2005 book? Or did I miss some setting somewhere?
