Talking frame.cpp
I have added a new user to my computer and started using it for my developing attempts. Now VS suddenly asks for a "frame.cpp" file when debugging "cout".

When searching the VS installation I find several frame.cpp files but they don't seem to match the version that the runtime expects.

Any thoughts?
