A lot of it possibly has to do with how you ask the question.
Do you say "why doesn't this pile of horse patoeey work?" Or do you say "when I install it thus and then do this, I get an exception at line 33 that says...."??
The more information you give, the more you will get back.
Having said that...
If you paid for a product and you don't get decent support, then yell your head off. In any and all forums.
And in any case newbies should be cut some slack. They don't yet know the right questions to ask, in many cases.

You need to know how to ask the questions properly and according to your level ; even if very fundamental. The proper ,correct , and simple answers out there are tremendous.
