Default Link errors in chapter 12
I ran the downloaded code for Ex12_01 (API) and Ex12_02 (MFC) IAW the instructions in the book. When run, I got link errors for both cases. I googled using the error in the output window and found some comments but none worked. Did anyone find a solution to this program? I'm using the full-up version of VS2010.
