For figure 1-24 to be shown, the IDE must be set in Expert Mode. How do I set IDE to "Expert Mode"?

I looked in the Help and it shows Expert Mode as being in the Express Edition. I'm not using the Express Edition and I couldn't find it either so it must only be in the Express Edition.

BTW, in the Express Edition, to change that, select the Tools menu at the top, then select Settings on the menu and it gives you the options.
