Hello. I am new to Visual C++. I have Visual C++ 2010 Express installed on my computer. On p. 28 under "Creating an MFC Application", it reads that "to create the Windows program, select New Project from the File menu or press Ctrl+Shift_N; then set the project type as MFC, and select MFC Application as the project template." I cannot find MFC under Visual C++, CLR, Win32 nor General. Could anybody please let me know where it is? Thanks.

In the introduction to the book, the author states that to fully use the book, the express edition is not sufficient as the express edition does not support the MFC library.
So unless you upgrade to a paid version of Visual Studio there will be some exercises in the book which you cannot carry out.
