not like the book in "Chaper 11"-"Ex11_01"

When i read this chapter and run the example i dont get the same errors and my Call Stack windows not the same.

when i get the first error "Unhandled exception" when i click the breck button i look to the Call Stack and i see this file open "mlock.c" at line 375 and i have a series proplem to complete the example. and my Call Stack windows not the same to the Figure 11-9 its very diferent.

please help
