Download Code for this book
How do you download the complete source code and answers for this book? The files are all individual for each chapter so do you guys expect people to come here every time you finish each chapter? this is not a good idea because some of us are on limited band width and so it makes sense to download everything from college computers.
I was expecting one zip file for the download but apparently you like people to spend time here. Shame on you.
