Default lesson 01 -> Blank Page?

I am using DreamWeaver CS5 and done the code exactly as the book describes.
I get a blank page when i pull up the html file. I tried it on ALL browsers and get nothing.

So i deleted the files, and copied and pasted the code from the wrox website. I still get a blank page when I pull up the file. Am i missing something here? please help. And thank you.

Howdy, Darwin.

The page is blank, but a window is supposed to popup saying "Hello, World!" Do the actual download files work for you? If not, then there's something on your system preventing JavaScript from executing or causing it to fail.

Default thanks

it must have been a typo somewhere. I finally got it to work using the demo....and after redoing the exercise several times I got it to work. Not sure what i was doing wrong. But it works now. Thank you so much for your help and input.
