Default Code for the Hiding and Showing Columns in a Table Recipe

I was wondering if I missed the code sample for the report recipe for 'Hiding and Showing Columns in a Table', pg. 115. This was one of the primary report recipes I got the book for and would hate to completely overlook it if I'm just not finding it in the list of available reports. Is it under a different name?
Thanks,
Kim

Hello Kim,

it seems this one particular recipe is indeed missing from the download package - thanks for bringing this to our attention. While we are working on making this download available as well, you have two options short-term:
* Grab the report sample attached to the following blog post which is related to what is covered in this book recipe: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/robertbruckn...c-columns.aspx
* Follow the step-by-step instructions in the book to build the report yourself.

Thanks so much, I'm working on building it from the book but wanted a clean copy for reference. We currently have 11 different production reports in 2005 that I need this to replicate and I've been a bit frustrated. Really appreciate your work on this.

Kim
