Default Where to go from here?

Hi, as someone who purchased the first book (but already had a bit of knowledge on PHP) I was wondering if anyone could recommend a book to start reading to follow on from this. While this explains the fundamentals very well, I'm unsure if there's a book anyone recommends for further reading or to try and bridge into intermediate PHP subjects or training. Any book or online recommendations (besides php.net) would be very helpful, thanks!
