Default Eclipse / Installing JRE or JDK Developmental kits

Sorry for posting again as new thread. Seeing where I made my error after extracting the php file. Just trying to install the Eclipse all in one php package. After double clicking on my zipped icon I saw one other icon eclipse - php. Double clicked on it and gave the option to run the Eclipse program. After clicking run I got this pop up.

A Java runtime environment ( JRE) or Java developmental kit ( JDK ) must be avaliable in order to run Eclipse for php developers. No Java virtual Machine found. Asking if by chance do I need to install eighter or the JRE or JDK kits to commence the Eclipse All in one php download. If so where can I download one or these kits so I can install Eclipse. Once again sorry for posting twice. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am a real newbe. Thanks.
