I am trying to get this working on my PC. I have downloaded the code and created the SQL db.

Have one simple question - how do I login? i.e. what is the user name/password?

Can get to the admin.php to see the posting form if I comment out:

include '401.php';

Any help appreciated.

There is none. Try setting your desired username/password in the database first.
