Fix for Web.config Error in ...\Chapter01\LINQforBinding Web Sites

All,

Mark Bailey has reported a versioning problem with the Web.config files for Chapter 1's \WROX\ADONET\Chapter01\CS\LINQforBinding and \WROX\ADONET\Chapter01\VB\LINQforBinding projects.

The attached LINQforBinding.zip file has fixes to the Web.config and LINQforBinding.sln files, which also appear to have a minor problem.

My thanks to Mark for reporting the problem and apologies for the problems.
